By downloading or using boloh you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use boloh. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. your conduct
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
3. your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant boloh a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to your friends as needed to operate the service. Posts are deleted from our servers every 24 hours.
4. service availability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
5. limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, boloh and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of boloh after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
